UNIQUE PLACEMENT was created by Mr. FON Thaddeus, a petroleum engineer with 21 years’ experience in supervisory and management roles in the petroleum sector. At that time, valuing workers and treating them with dignity and respect was what many employers in the Temporary Manpower sector did not think about. This lack of valuing led to a lot of tension between employees and employers.
